Chef Dan has created a seven course menu with some of the most unusual, rare and unique ingredients available. It's time to stretch the range of your palate by coming to Stella's on June 5th for dining experience you won't soon forget. There are  seven courses planned. The salad course is Marcona Almond Tallegio Cheese, Honey Comb, Truffle

Fois Gras

Fois Gras will be served with morel mushrooms, shallot, sherry on pappardelle
